This cake is rich and dense with a hint of coffee flavor. It makes a great party cake or dessert for last minute guests, since it is so easy to whip up. It is delicious served with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

 

1 package devil's food cake mix

3 ¾ oz package instant chocolate fudge pudding

1 pint sour cream

12 oz chocolate chips

¼ cup oil

½ cup Kahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur

2 eggs

 

Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour bundt pan. Mix all ingredients by hand until well blended. Pour into pan and bake for 40-55 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan for 30 minutes and turn out on rack. When completely cool, dust with powdered sugar.
