ImageBased in San Diego, California and founded by a Certified French Chef from Venezuela, Michael Antonorsi, Chuao is Southern California's only artisan chocolate shop. Chuao uses El Rey Carenero Superior chocolate, also from Venezuela, in all their creations. The colors used in their different packaging reflect the various colors of the cacao pod - light green, red, purple. The orderly facility, located in Carlsbad, California, sits on a hill overlooking the beautiful vegitated valley below. Michael teaches a series of 2 hour classes from Level I to IV, to anyone who would like to join. In his classes, you get a sense that he enjoys what he does and enjoys sharing the knowledge. Chuao is available in several Southern California locations, and is guaranteed to delight your taste buds like no chocolate you've ever eaten.
